Sneha Reddy, the daughter of the popular Hyderabad based educationist Chandrasekhar Reddy married Tollywood’s favourite heartthrob, Allu Arjun in 2011. Diamonds are a girl’s best friend and Sneha was seemed to adorn them for more than one occasion. For the engagement Sneha wore a long emerald and diamond necklace and a diamond choker with rubies and pearls. She also wore matching diamond earrings and a tika to complete the look. The highlight of her attire was the diamond studded hip chain with the imprints of Goddess Lakshmi. This piece of jewellery showed adept craftsmanship and was a perfect union of the contemporary diamonds in a traditional mould. Later in the evening Sneha changed to a simpler looking designer sari and replaced her chunky diamond choker with a simple diamond and pearl necklace.
The sangeet function of Arjun and Sneha was a grand evening at the Taj Krishna Hotel in Hyderabad. The light hearted evening was graced by family and friends of the couple. Post the grand wedding; Arjun had hosted a reception exclusively for his fans. The reception day saw Sneha is a bright red sari coupled with diamonds once again. This time she had mixed an elaborately designed diamond choker with a traditional gold and uncut diamond necklace. Her most popular and exquisite piece of jewellery, the hip chain was worn and matched with similar armlets. Sneha wore the traditional glass bangles like any other newly married Telegu bride and had flanked them with single pieces of “gold kada” bangles.
